Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Operations, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in strategic operations, business operations, sales operations, project management, commercial strategy, or similar roles.
  • Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives and collaborating across multiple business functions.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and develop actionable recommendations.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Solid project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Ability to build strong working relationships and influence teams in a collaborative environment.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and solutions-focused approach to problem-solving.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with reporting tools or business intelligence platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Support strategic operations initiatives that advance business objectives and commercial priorities across North America.
  • Partner with teams across sales, marketing, finance, product, supply chain, and channel operations to drive alignment and execution.
  • Assist with annual planning and long-range business planning processes by translating priorities into actionable plans and tracking mechanisms.
  • Support commercialization initiatives by identifying opportunities to improve workflows, processes, and operational effectiveness.
  • Manage operating rhythm activities, including business reviews, leadership updates, performance tracking, and cross-functional meetings.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance trackers to monitor strategic and operational goals.
  • Analyze business performance data, market trends, and internal insights to identify opportunities, risks, and recommendations.
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects from planning through execution, ensuring milestones and deliverables are achieved.
  • Prepare presentations, summaries, and recommendations to support leadership decision-making.
  • Track project actions, follow-ups, and deliverables to maintain accountability and execution discipline.
