Requirements
- 8+ years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter.
- 4+ years of dedicated experience sourcing and closing highly specialized positions, specifically including CFP® professionals or specialized wealth management roles.
- Demonstrated experience succeeding within a fast-paced startup or high-growth tech environment.
- Demonstrated experience working cross-functionally to manage, align, and guide expectations for hiring managers and leadership teams.
- Strong proficiency with modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), CRM tools, and advanced sourcing platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
- Deep understanding of the financial advisory landscape, advisor compensation models, and CFP® certification regulations (preferred).
- Experience recruiting within the fintech or wealth management sectors (preferred).
- Experience building or leading initiatives around employer branding (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Own the full-cycle recruitment process for complex, specialized technical and non-technical roles, with a heavy emphasis on scaling our CFP® professional pipeline.
- Partner closely with leadership and hiring managers to understand headcount needs, define specialized role profiles, and build calibrated interview processes.
- Thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, managing shifting priorities and scaling talent pipelines efficiently without sacrificing candidate quality.
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies to target, engage, and convert high-caliber passive talent in competitive markets.
- Manage and optimize the candidate experience, ensuring every applicant has a transparent, high-touch, and equitable interview process.
- Leverage recruiting data and metrics to track pipeline health, optimize the hiring funnel, and regularly report on time-to-hire and quality-of-hire metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across the organization to weave our culture, mission, and values into employer branding initiatives.
