Requirements

  • Associate degree and 3+ years of relevant professional experience in a business, operations, customer support, or documentation-focused environment.
  • Experience working with CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce, is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent accuracy and follow-through skills.
  • Ability to analyze information, identify inconsistencies, and resolve documentation challenges.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently while following established procedures and workflows.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Experience supporting healthcare-related customers or familiarity with diabetes care is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple documentation queues efficiently while ensuring accuracy and timely completion of assigned tasks.
  • Review, audit, and verify customer information within CRM systems to maintain accurate and complete records.
  • Perform duplicate record audits by manually validating customer data when automated matching processes are unsuccessful.
  • Complete provider verification activities and resolve documentation-related data discrepancies.
  • Manage customer consent verification workflows and coordinate follow-up actions when required.
  • Review incoming documentation from various channels, including fax and email, and correctly associate records with customer profiles.
  • Utilize document-routing technologies and internal systems to ensure proper distribution and processing of customer documentation.
  • Support additional documentation audits and business functions across multiple departments.
  • Process training records and validate assigned business documentation requirements.
  • Review and validate contract assignments and other operational records.
