Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 8+ years of experience in organizational design, change management, workforce planning, or related HR consulting.
  • Strong focus on technology-driven transformations.
  • Demonstrated understanding of AI technologies and their practical application in business contexts.
  • Proven ability to design and implement effective job redesign and organizational restructuring initiatives.
  • Experience developing and executing workforce reskilling and development programs.
  • Experience enabling and consulting with HR Business Partners in organizational design or large-scale transformation.
  • Experience operationalizing skills-based workforce initiatives or labor-market intelligence.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to forecast and model complex organizational changes.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with functional leaders to analyze existing workflows and redesign job roles to effectively leverage AI.
  • Partner with HRBPs and leaders to design new organizational models that optimize efficiency and support strategic goals.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive strategies for workforce reskilling, upskilling, and continuous learning.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis and forecasting of workforce changes resulting from automation and AI implementation.
  • Lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions and measure adoption success.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, HR, and technology teams on AI's impact on work and organizational structure.
  • Own the application of skills and labor-market intelligence (e.g., Lightcast) to inform workforce planning decisions.
