Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business development, channel management, or strategic partnership management within B2B financial services (FinTech, FinServ, Asset Management, Broker-Dealer, or RIA space).
- Proven track record of leading complex contract and price negotiations with large enterprise organizations, specifically Master Services Agreements and vendor review processes.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate across sales, marketing, legal, compliance, and product departments.
- Deep understanding of operational structures, compliance requirements, and product approval processes within major financial institutions (wirehouses, banks, large RIAs).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Proficiency with sales enablement tools such as Salesforce and Google Workspace preferred.
- Prior experience as a project manager or lead on cross-functional projects is preferred.
- Existing professional relationships with banks, wirehouses, RIAs, or TAMPs is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Identify, prioritize, and pursue new strategic partnership opportunities within targeted Business Development partners.
- Serve as the internal and external lead for the due diligence process, coordinating with compliance, legal, and product teams to secure product approval.
- Develop deep, multi-level relationships with key decision-makers across partner organizations.
- Own ongoing revenue growth and product adoption performance within assigned partnerships.
- Coordinate product training, webinars, and sales enablement for financial advisor clients.
- Partner with sales leadership on complex contract negotiations and pricing strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop co-branded campaigns and partner-facing content.
