Requirements
- Experience in business development, sales, account management, recruiting, staffing, or customer success.
- Proficiency with outbound prospecting and cold outreach.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage HR leaders, executives, and procurement teams.
- Strong follow-up skills and ability to manage multiple opportunities.
- Ability to explain complex solutions in simple business terms.
- Self-motivated, competitive, organized, and results-driven mindset.
- Staffing industry, VMS, or MSP (Managed Service Provider) experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Research and identify companies utilizing contingent labor and multiple staffing suppliers.
- Prospect HR, Talent Acquisition, Procurement, Operations, and executive decision-makers.
- Conduct outbound calls, targeted emails, and LinkedIn outreach to create new opportunities.
- Lead discovery conversations and conduct product demonstrations to communicate the value of VMS solutions.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through consistent prospecting.
- Support customer onboarding and implementation for new accounts.
- Maintain strong partnerships with staffing suppliers and existing customers.
