Requirements

  • Experience in business development, sales, account management, recruiting, staffing, or customer success.
  • Proficiency with outbound prospecting and cold outreach.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage HR leaders, executives, and procurement teams.
  • Strong follow-up skills and ability to manage multiple opportunities.
  • Ability to explain complex solutions in simple business terms.
  • Self-motivated, competitive, organized, and results-driven mindset.
  • Staffing industry, VMS, or MSP (Managed Service Provider) experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Research and identify companies utilizing contingent labor and multiple staffing suppliers.
  • Prospect HR, Talent Acquisition, Procurement, Operations, and executive decision-makers.
  • Conduct outbound calls, targeted emails, and LinkedIn outreach to create new opportunities.
  • Lead discovery conversations and conduct product demonstrations to communicate the value of VMS solutions.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through consistent prospecting.
  • Support customer onboarding and implementation for new accounts.
  • Maintain strong partnerships with staffing suppliers and existing customers.
