Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in business development or sales.
  • Proven track record of hitting net new logo targets.
  • Experience in complex, multi-stakeholder deal management.
  • Strong ability to tie technology solutions to business outcomes for senior stakeholders.
  • High proficiency with AI tools for research, personalization, and pipeline management.
  • Strong discipline in maintaining CRM data and sales forecasting.
  • Experience in the Microsoft ecosystem is strongly preferred.
  • Must be a resident of Australia.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle from initial cold prospect to final engagement.
  • Manage leads received from partners and marketing initiatives.
  • Self-source pipeline through high-volume, multi-channel outbound outreach including email, LinkedIn, and phone.
  • Lead sales conversations with decision-makers like CIOs, CISOs, and CFOs.
  • Drive growth in recurring revenue (MRR and ARR) alongside one-off project wins.
  • Maintain a clean, accurate CRM pipeline and provide reliable sales forecasts.
