Requirements
- Proven full-cycle B2B SaaS sales expertise within a corporate environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multi-stakeholder deals with HR, IT Security, and Executive leadership.
- Strong technical aptitude for discussing integrations, video infrastructure, and data security.
- Experience building and executing systematic territory plans.
- Proven history of meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual sales quotas.
- Experience selling SaaS platforms in HR, corporate training, or L&D spaces preferred.
- Familiarity with enterprise video technologies or search platforms.
- Active professional network within corporate learning or IT leadership.
Responsibilities
- Acquire new enterprise logos to drive net-new annual recurring revenue.
- Navigate complex procurement processes and build alignment with executive sponsors and IT security teams.
- Execute consultative discoveries and deliver technical product demonstrations.
- Manage sales pipeline with disciplined accuracy in Salesforce.
- Collaborate with security, legal, and product teams to execute competitive RFPs.
- Align with account managers to design successful handoffs for customer success.
