Requirements

  • Proven full-cycle B2B SaaS sales expertise within a corporate environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multi-stakeholder deals with HR, IT Security, and Executive leadership.
  • Strong technical aptitude for discussing integrations, video infrastructure, and data security.
  • Experience building and executing systematic territory plans.
  • Proven history of meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual sales quotas.
  • Experience selling SaaS platforms in HR, corporate training, or L&D spaces preferred.
  • Familiarity with enterprise video technologies or search platforms.
  • Active professional network within corporate learning or IT leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Acquire new enterprise logos to drive net-new annual recurring revenue.
  • Navigate complex procurement processes and build alignment with executive sponsors and IT security teams.
  • Execute consultative discoveries and deliver technical product demonstrations.
  • Manage sales pipeline with disciplined accuracy in Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with security, legal, and product teams to execute competitive RFPs.
  • Align with account managers to design successful handoffs for customer success.
