Responsibilities

  • Monitor website notifications and alerts, escalating issues as needed to ensure system uptime.
  • Support real-time and scheduled events while verifying automated communications.
  • Perform quality assurance testing to ensure applications are error-free.
  • Evaluate and analyze digital program performance.
  • Prepare standardized analytical reports for internal and external use.
  • Interface with team leadership to provide daily status updates on activities.
  • Support both mobile devices and desktop/laptop environments.
