Responsibilities
- Monitor website notifications and alerts, escalating issues as needed to ensure system uptime.
- Support real-time and scheduled events while verifying automated communications.
- Perform quality assurance testing to ensure applications are error-free.
- Evaluate and analyze digital program performance.
- Prepare standardized analytical reports for internal and external use.
- Interface with team leadership to provide daily status updates on activities.
- Support both mobile devices and desktop/laptop environments.
