Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in People Operations or HR Operations.
- Proven track record of scaling HR processes in a high-growth environment.
- Demonstrated experience leading teams through operational transformation and change management.
- Hands-on experience implementing AI tools, workflow automation, or process redesign.
- Strong people management experience, including performance management and team coaching.
- Practitioner-level comfort with HR technology, such as HRIS and ticketing systems.
- Deep understanding of HR compliance, SOX requirements, and global employment law fundamentals.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to use metrics to track progress and justify change.
- Direct communication style and the ability to handle challenging conversations.
Responsibilities
- Audit current People Ops workflows to identify opportunities for automation, AI integration, and process redesign.
- Lead the team's transition from checklist-based execution to automated, data-informed processes.
- Manage a team of HR Operations professionals, setting clear performance expectations and coaching on systems thinking.
- Oversee global HR operations, compliance, and SOX requirements while ensuring operational efficiency.
- Design and implement scalable HR projects, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder involvement.
- Partner with HR functions like Talent Acquisition, HRBPs, and Compensation to align operational processes with business needs.
- Manage the contractor program, including vendor agreements and lifecycle processes.
- Refine service delivery through the HR ticketing system using metrics to improve response quality and speed.
