Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in HRIS, with significant experience managing and optimizing Workday environments.
  • Proven experience leading global HRIS implementations, operations, and technology transformation initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, People operations best practices, and technology strategy development.
  • Experience building and leveraging HR data analytics and reporting capabilities.
  • Strong project management skills to manage complex initiatives across multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience managing vendors, system partners, and external technology providers.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, global, and evolving environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Workday configuration, implementation, reporting, and optimization.
  • Experience driving AI adoption and transformation initiatives is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a global People Systems strategy aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Lead the management, configuration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Workday and related HR technology platforms.
  • Partner with Technology teams on system integrations, security architecture, and technical roadmap planning.
  • Build and manage a high-performing People Systems team.
  • Establish frameworks to maintain accurate, secure, and compliant employee data across global systems.
  • Develop forward-looking strategies for people analytics and reporting capabilities.
  • Lead People Systems projects from planning through execution.
  • Collaborate with HR leaders and stakeholders to address evolving People operations needs.
  • Drive AI adoption within People processes by evaluating and optimizing AI-powered tools.
  • Support compliance initiatives and operational standards.
