Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in Human Resources.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience working with executive leadership on compensation strategies.
  • Expertise in global compensation strategy and design.
  • Demonstrated ability to use data insights, metrics, and analytics to influence strategy.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HR applications (Workday preferred).
  • Strong project management capability and change management skills.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into clear direction and communication.
  • Bachelor's degree or professional certification (e.g., CCP, PHR, SPHR) preferred.
  • Experience in a hyper-growth global technology or MedTech company is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Owns and drives end-to-end global compensation planning cycles, including benchmarking, technology enablement, and stakeholder management.
  • Partners with Talent Management and business leaders to integrate performance management with compensation.
  • Leads benchmarking, compensation structure, and job leveling activities globally.
  • Prepares executive compensation materials for the Board and Compensation Committee, including proxy disclosures.
  • Oversees sales compensation governance and design.
  • Integrates AI-enabled analytics and decision-support tools into global compensation programs for forecasting and pay equity monitoring.
  • Identifies opportunities for process improvement, automation, and AI enablement within compensation systems.
