Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in compensation, with significant leadership in executive compensation and equity programs.
  • Deep understanding of executive compensation structures, equity programs, and incentive design principles.
  • Strong analytical strength and advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Proven experience managing multiple priorities, stakeholders, and complex project timelines.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for senior leadership.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth global organization.
  • Experience navigating different market practices and regulations across regions.
  • Ability to partner cross-functionally with HR, Legal, and Finance teams.

Responsibilities

  • Support design and analysis of executive compensation programs, including base salary, annual incentives, and long-term equity.
  • Deliver equity programs end-to-end, including grant processes (RSUs, PSUs), performance tracking, and budget management.
  • Conduct benchmarking, modeling, and market analysis to assess competitiveness of equity pay programs.
  • Prepare and coordinate quarterly Compensation Committee materials and board-level presentations.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, corporate governance standards, and executive compensation disclosures.
  • Partner with Compensation Operations to maintain data integrity across systems and support audits.
