Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building production web applications using Ruby on Rails and RSpec.
- Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Experience with React and React Native development.
- Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL.
- Proven experience building and consuming REST APIs.
- Proficiency in using AI coding tools to optimize development workflows.
- Experience with GraphQL is considered a plus.
- Experience working within a B2B SaaS product environment is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain AppraisalPRO across the full stack, from Ruby on Rails backend and APIs to React-based web and React Native mobile applications.
- Own key architectural decisions and define technical direction for the platform.
- Contribute to the development of APIs and SDKs for the company's developer platform.
- Collaborate directly with customers to identify needs and translate them into actionable product features.
- Design, implement, test, deploy, and maintain backend and frontend software components.
- Partner with product teams to assess feature feasibility and establish project timelines.
- Create and manage integrations with third-party APIs and services.
