Job Details

Strong full-stack engineering foundation including systems thinking, architecture, and debugging.
Deep experience with TypeScript across both frontend and backend.
Track record of shipping and owning large, user-facing features in production web applications.
Comfort working directly with relational databases, specifically Postgres.
Product-focused mindset with the ability to build cohesive user experiences.
Proficiency with AI coding tools as part of the daily workflow.
Proactive, self-directed communication skills with the ability to manage time and meet deadlines.
Experience with modern full-stack React frameworks and server-rendered UI (nice to have).
Experience integrating with LMS platforms or LTI (nice to have).
Familiarity with background workers and durable job processing (nice to have).

Own large platform projects, taking features from concept through scoping, architecture, implementation, and rollout.
Develop full-stack features end-to-end in TypeScript across client, server, and database.
Build and extend integrations connecting Nectir to existing institutional systems.
Debug production issues across the stack and partner with DevOps on deployment and observability.
Collaborate on AI-facing features alongside AI engineering teams.
Mentor teammates, conduct code reviews, and contribute to architectural decisions as the platform scales.
