Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5–7 years of relevant project management experience, preferably in technology, telecommunications, or network services.
  • Experience managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and operational dependencies.
  • Strong understanding of workflow management systems and Ethernet products.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex issues and develop solutions with minimal supervision.
  • Experience managing customer relationships throughout project lifecycles.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage priorities and deliver results in fast-paced environments.
  • Process improvement mindset with experience identifying operational efficiencies.
  • US Citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

  • Manage project activation timelines, service delivery milestones, and SLA commitments.
  • Coordinate end-to-end project execution across multiple teams.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for project escalations.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
  • Drive collaboration across Sales, Engineering, Construction, and Service Assurance teams.
  • Monitor project performance metrics and support continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate quality assurance activities to validate performance and compliance.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, project records, and operational reporting.
