Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5–7 years of relevant project management experience, preferably in technology, telecommunications, or network services.
- Experience managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and operational dependencies.
- Strong understanding of workflow management systems and Ethernet products.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex issues and develop solutions with minimal supervision.
- Experience managing customer relationships throughout project lifecycles.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage priorities and deliver results in fast-paced environments.
- Process improvement mindset with experience identifying operational efficiencies.
- US Citizenship is required.
Responsibilities
- Manage project activation timelines, service delivery milestones, and SLA commitments.
- Coordinate end-to-end project execution across multiple teams.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for project escalations.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
- Drive collaboration across Sales, Engineering, Construction, and Service Assurance teams.
- Monitor project performance metrics and support continuous improvement.
- Coordinate quality assurance activities to validate performance and compliance.
- Maintain accurate documentation, project records, and operational reporting.
