Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a customer-facing role such as software implementation or customer success.
- Professional fluency in both English and French (written and spoken) is required.
- Ability to work primarily during Eastern Time Zone business hours.
- Proficiency in learning and understanding new software applications quickly.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience with CRM software, ideally Salesforce or Zendesk.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently.
- Familiarity with SaaS solutions or client communication software is advantageous.
- Experience in the veterinary or pet care industry is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end implementation project for PetDesk customers from kickoff through go-live and early adoption.
- Conduct comprehensive training sessions to educate customers on software features and functionalities.
- Analyze and interpret data in backend systems to problem-solve and address customer needs.
- Develop strong customer relationships and act as a trusted advisor throughout the onboarding process.
- Identify and resolve technical issues in collaboration with internal Product Support, Sales, and CS teams.
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and configurations within the CRM.
- Manage a portfolio of 30–40 concurrent implementation projects with 3–4 customer meetings per day.
