Requirements
- Native-level English, both written and verbal.
- 2+ years of experience in Project Management or Customer Success in the SAAS industry.
- Previous experience working for startups with American clients.
- At least 2 years of experience managing or working with remote teams.
- Strong, independent personality with a 'can-do' attitude.
- Ability to independently learn and work with technology and product.
- Customer-centric mindset with experience identifying satisfaction improvement opportunities.
- Flexibility to travel for work, in and outside the US.
Responsibilities
- Manage the successful execution of large-scale pilot launches and ongoing client relationships.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams including Sales, Field Engineering, Support, Product, and R&D.
- Serve as the main point of contact and escalation point for external corporate clients.
- Represent the company in internal and external meetings.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a remote customer success team.
- Identify organizational learning opportunities and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
- Build lasting professional relationships with customers to support project execution and business expansion.
