- Degree-level education.
- Proven track record of YOY quota attainment.
- Solid understanding of Enterprise SaaS applications.
- Experience managing consultative sales efforts with a long sales cycle model.
- Experience with complex buying cycles and procurement.
- Skilled at navigating complex sales processes with multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to travel (25%) for meetings and conferences.
- Experience with Salesforce (advantageous).
- Experience with consultative sales models (advantageous).
Responsibilities
- Build and execute complex sales strategies for a portfolio of law enforcement and government agency customers.
- Manage long sales cycles involving 7- and 8-digit contract values.
- Develop and maintain key customer relationships at operational and board levels.
- Utilize accurate forecasting and data analytics to drive pipeline health and quota achievement.
- Collaborate with Customer Success and Sales Engineering teams to support long-term customer investment optimization.
- Assist in the development and retention of a diverse, high-performing sales team.
