  • Degree-level education.
  • Proven track record of YOY quota attainment.
  • Solid understanding of Enterprise SaaS applications.
  • Experience managing consultative sales efforts with a long sales cycle model.
  • Experience with complex buying cycles and procurement.
  • Skilled at navigating complex sales processes with multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel (25%) for meetings and conferences.
  • Experience with Salesforce (advantageous).
  • Experience with consultative sales models (advantageous).

Responsibilities

  • Build and execute complex sales strategies for a portfolio of law enforcement and government agency customers.
  • Manage long sales cycles involving 7- and 8-digit contract values.
  • Develop and maintain key customer relationships at operational and board levels.
  • Utilize accurate forecasting and data analytics to drive pipeline health and quota achievement.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success and Sales Engineering teams to support long-term customer investment optimization.
  • Assist in the development and retention of a diverse, high-performing sales team.
