Requirements
- 4+ years in project management, technical project management, scrum master, product owner, or delivery lead roles.
- Background in software engineering or a degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related technical field.
- Strong understanding of system architecture with the ability to discuss scope, feasibility, and trade-offs.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Proven track record collaborating with diverse stakeholders across engineering and non-engineering functions.
- Hands-on experience building and owning release trackers and managing cross-team dependencies.
- Ability to work in an ambiguous environment and design processes on the fly.
- Highly charismatic communicator capable of motivating teams and creating buy-in.
- Exceptional leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Decisive nature with a focus on ownership and follow-through.
Responsibilities
- Orchestrate stakeholders across engineering, design, legal, compliance, licensing, expansion, marketing, and customer support.
- Run releases end-to-end from sprint planning through QA, bug triage, legal sign-off, compliance review, support enablement, and launch.
- Track dependencies across every stakeholder and surface risks before they become blockers.
- Follow up with stakeholders to ensure deliverables are met and releases are not blocked.
- Translate between technical and non-technical stakeholders to act as the connective tissue.
- Own the release tracker using tools like Asana, status documents, and weekly syncs.
