Requirements
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience managing enterprise-grade software implementation or professional services projects.
- Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) preferred.
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional, geographically dispersed teams of up to 5 members.
- Experience managing engagements valued at $0.5M+.
- In-depth knowledge of waterfall and agile project management methodologies.
- Executive presence with highly developed communication and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to design effective delivery processes in ambiguous situations.
- Experience working with complex, multi-divisional, multi-geographical customers.
- Ability to travel 10-15% for customer onsite meetings.
- Prior experience implementing Customer Success or CRM platforms (e.g., Gainsight, Salesforce) preferred.
- Exposure to SaaS business models and metrics preferred.
Responsibilities
- Execute complex software implementation projects while partnering closely with executive-level client sponsors.
- Drive onboarding efforts for new and existing customers, providing best-practice recommendations.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, work breakdown structures, and communication cadences.
- Track project scope and execute change orders in partnership with the customer.
- Produce comprehensive weekly status reports and executive communications.
- Proactively identify project risks and develop mitigation plans.
- Coach and mentor project team members across multiple time zones.
- Contribute to Professional Services by creating scaling templates, policies, and tools.
