Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in technical project management, product ownership, or delivery management roles.
- Technical background: professional software engineering experience or a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of system architecture, scope, feasibility, and technical trade-offs.
- Proven track record of orchestrating releases across multiple diverse departments.
- Hands-on experience building and maintaining release tracking systems and managing dependencies.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Ability to communicate complex information to diverse audiences including engineers, lawyers, and executives.
- Proficiency in motivation, team leadership, and driving action through influence.
- Comfortable working in high-volume, ambiguous environments with minimal existing process.
Responsibilities
- Orchestrate releases by coordinating cross-functional efforts across engineering, design, legal, compliance, marketing, and customer support.
- Manage the end-to-end release lifecycle from sprint planning through QA, bug triage, and final launch.
- Track dependencies across all stakeholders to proactively identify and resolve potential blockers.
- Translate requirements and timelines between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Maintain the official release tracker and ensure accurate status reporting across teams.
