Requirements

  • Familiarity with Webflow and knowledge of web design principles.
  • Clear understanding of HTML, CSS, and Javascript.
  • Exceptional communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation).
  • Proven success in managing multiple projects simultaneously in a remote setting.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize shifting deadlines.
  • Experience in client-facing roles with a focus on relationship building.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as ClickUp.

Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines and deliverables.
  • Monitor project progress to ensure tasks are completed on time and aligned with scope.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for project execution.
  • Manage project documentation, task lists, schedules, and status reports.
  • Oversee QA processes for client deliverables to maintain quality standards.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, facilitating meetings and addressing concerns.
  • Lead the management of retainer clients by coordinating priorities and tasks.
