Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in IT or web development project management.
- Experience managing new builds, systems implementation, migrations, and integrations.
- Familiarity with Webflow and knowledge of web design principles.
- Clear understanding of HTML, CSS, and Javascript.
- Exceptional communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation).
- Proven success in managing multiple projects simultaneously in a remote setting.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize shifting deadlines.
- Experience in client-facing roles with a focus on relationship building.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as ClickUp.
Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress to ensure tasks are completed on time and aligned with scope.
- Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for project execution.
- Manage project documentation, task lists, schedules, and status reports.
- Oversee QA processes for client deliverables to maintain quality standards.
- Identify and mitigate risks, escalating issues when necessary.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, facilitating meetings and addressing concerns.
- Lead the management of retainer clients by coordinating priorities and tasks.
