Requirements
- University degree or college diploma in a technical field (preferably Engineering or Computer Science) or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of experience building rich, complex web or mobile applications.
- Experience in architecting and augmenting large software systems.
- Extensive full-stack experience with Node.js and the TypeScript ecosystem.
- Experience with AWS.
- Experience with React is considered a plus.
- Strong understanding of clean, reusable, and well-structured code.
- Efficient communication skills.
- Collaborative work style.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary escalation point for Tier 3+ incidents raised by the Application Support team.
- Investigate issues at the code level across multiple engineering domains.
- Take end-to-end ownership of resolutions from root cause diagnosis to deployment.
- Develop technical knowledge across Node, TypeScript, and AWS systems to resolve issues independently.
- Collaborate with the Support team to improve their triage and resolution capabilities.
- Document resolutions and maintain knowledge repository and runbooks.
- Analyze incident data to identify trends and drive upstream improvements.
- Mentor team members and act as a senior technical voice within the support function.
