Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer or Solutions Architect, ideally in cybersecurity or infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals including threat landscapes, vulnerability management, identity, cloud, and Active Directory.
- Proven experience running structured Proof-of-Values (PoVs) and managing technical validation cycles.
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for both practitioners and executive-level audiences.
- Experience working with Mid-Market and Enterprise-level accounts.
- Strong collaboration skills and comfort operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Located in the US Eastern Time Zone.
- Local to the Tri-State area.
- Access to a minimum 25Mbps consumer-grade broadband connection.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Account Executives to support discovery, solution positioning, and technical validation for mid-sized organizations.
- Lead technical qualification meetings to assess customer infrastructure, security maturity, and risk priorities.
- Deliver tailored, outcome-driven demos and proof-of-value (PoV) engagements.
- Translate complex technical platform capabilities into clear business value and risk reduction metrics for stakeholders.
- Manage technical deal strategy, including handling objections and competitive positioning.
- Collaborate with internal Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to inform roadmap and messaging.
- Provide post-close technical support to ensure smooth handoff, adoption, and expansion.
