Requirements
- 6+ years of professional software engineering in complex, multi-tenant SaaS products.
- 1+ years of experience leading engineers as a manager, tech lead, or team lead.
- Technical depth in PHP/Laravel, TypeScript (NestJS/Angular), MongoDB, and AWS.
- Experience owning delivery outcomes, including velocity, predictability, and quality.
- Comfort operating within cycle-based product development (e.g., Shape Up).
- Strong communication skills for both engineering details and leadership summaries.
- Commitment to building an AI-forward team and using AI tooling (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code).
Responsibilities
- Own team delivery outcomes from cycle planning to production deployment.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of three to eight engineers.
- Manage team capacity, delivery commitments, and release readiness.
- Stay hands-on by participating in technical challenges, PR reviews, and incident response.
- Reinforce technical standards and oversee the engineering-QA contract.
- Drive AI adoption across the development lifecycle and measure its impact.
