Requirements
- 6+ years of hands-on experience delivering integrations with Jaggaer or similar enterprise procurement and spend management platforms.
- Strong knowledge of Jaggaer business processes, workflow logic, and data models (eProcurement, Invoicing, Supplier Management, and CLM).
- Familiarity with Jaggaer integration methods, including REST/SOAP APIs and direct data transfers.
- Experience working with cXML, XML, and REST-based endpoints.
- Knowledge of standard authentication protocols.
- Past ERP implementation, integration, configuration, or administration experience.
- Ability to read and interpret API documentation.
- Experience testing and troubleshooting integration errors.
- Ability to translate technical information for various audiences.
- Experience working directly with product and engineering teams.
Responsibilities
- Design, maintain, and iterate on core Jaggaer (Sourcing, eProcurement, and Invoicing) integration templates.
- Partner with Engineering, Product, and Design teams to align integration templates with core product architecture.
- Analyze complex customer implementations to identify and convert bespoke solutions into reusable internal assets.
- Support pre-sales engineering by designing and vetting integration architectures for prospective customers.
- Define and champion technical solution consulting best practices across all implementations.
- Develop deep expertise in various ERP ecosystems, data models, and integration architecture.
