Requirements
- 6+ years of hands-on experience delivering integrations within PeopleSoft environments.
- Strong foundational knowledge of PeopleSoft Financials and Supply Chain Management (FSCM) business processes and data tables (Purchasing, Payables, eProcurement).
- Familiarity with PeopleSoft integration architecture: Integration Broker, Component Interfaces, Application Engine, and File Layouts.
- Experience working with XML/REST based endpoints and standard authentication protocols.
- Past ERP implementation, integration, configuration, or administration experience.
- Comfortable working with and reading API documentation.
- Ability to troubleshoot and test integration errors effectively.
- Proven experience working with product and engineering teams.
- Strong ability to translate highly technical information for diverse audiences.
- Process-driven mindset with a commitment to continuous system improvement.
Responsibilities
- Design, maintain, and iterate on Zip’s core PeopleSoft integration templates to ensure scalable and repeatable customer implementations.
- Work closely with Engineering, Product, and Design teams to align integration templates with core product architecture and customer needs.
- Analyze complex customer implementations to identify and convert bespoke solutions into standardized, reusable internal assets.
- Partner with account teams during pre-sales to design and vet integration architectures for prospective customers.
- Define and document technical solution consulting best practices to drive consistency across all implementations.
- Leverage PeopleSoft and P2P expertise to build proficiency across additional ERP ecosystems and Zip’s App Studio.
