Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in technology program management, product management, technology strategy, solutions architecture, or related roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in a business, technical, or related discipline or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong understanding of the modern AI and data landscape (LLMs, AI agents, APIs, automation tools).
- Familiarity with analytics platforms and software development lifecycle concepts.
- Proven ability to bridge technical and business teams by translating requirements.
- Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives and driving stakeholder alignment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead AI tool discovery and vendor evaluation efforts, including LLMs, productivity tools, and automation platforms.
- Partner cross-functionally to identify AI integration opportunities and develop implementation plans.
- Establish and maintain governance frameworks, including responsible AI policies, data privacy guidelines, and prompting standards.
- Promote AI awareness and build enablement materials to foster internal adoption.
- Drive organizational change management by partnering with Talent Development to deliver training and support.
