Job Details

7+ years in technology architecture, solutions consulting, or a related discipline.
3+ years of specific experience focused on AI or GenAI solution delivery.
Hands-on proficiency with LLMs, RAG architectures, vector databases, and prompt engineering in production contexts.
Working knowledge of agentic AI design patterns and multi-agent orchestration frameworks.
Fluency with AI-native development workflows, including agentic IDEs and rapid prototyping.
Demonstrated ability to translate business intent into technical architecture decisions.
Solid command of AI data architecture, privacy, and security risk mitigation.
Proven ability to build consensus and lead change in complex organizational environments.
Submission of a portfolio including two pieces of public-facing AI work (e.g., articles, talks, or projects).
Understanding of data privacy standards like FedRAMP or StateRAMP is highly desired.

Develop and maintain practical AI roadmaps based on client readiness, risk tolerance, and business value.
Assess current AI capability and translate findings into phased, executable plans.
Stay current on AI trends to provide actionable, long-term guidance on model selection and platform trade-offs.
Utilize AI-native development workflows and agentic IDEs to rapidly prototype working solutions.
Evaluate use cases for agentic AI architectures versus simpler alternatives to deliver optimal client outcomes.
Design secure data architecture patterns and governance policies to protect PII and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Engage stakeholders at all levels to navigate organizational complexity and lead change.
Act as a public-facing AI authority by publishing thought leadership and speaking at industry events.
