Requirements
- Have strong hands-on experience building AI solutions, including substantial practical experience using Claude Cowork.
- Have experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf, or GitHub Copilot.
- Have strong knowledge of Generative AI and Agentic AI concepts and implementation patterns.
- Have experience designing and developing RAG architectures, AI agents, workflow automation, and prompt-engineering solutions.
- Have strong full-stack development capabilities, including Python, React, and/or Next.js.
- Have experience developing and integrating APIs and enterprise systems.
- Be familiar with AI development frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, LangChain, or PydanticAI.
- Have experience taking AI prototypes from experimentation through production in enterprise environments.
- Be able to communicate technical concepts and AI solutions directly to business stakeholders.
- Be comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-moving environments that require experimentation and rapid iteration.
- Bring strong problem-solving skills, technical curiosity, ownership, and a builder-oriented mindset.
- Healthcare industry experience is highly desirable, particularly with FHIR/HL7, claims workflows, clinical operations, revenue cycle management, HIPAA, or GxP.
Responsibilities
- Translate ambiguous business challenges into practical AI solutions and rapidly develop working prototypes.
- Partner with business stakeholders to discover, clarify, and define problems.
- Build and iterate AI solutions using Claude Cowork, Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf, and GitHub Copilot.
- Develop full-stack solutions spanning front-end, back-end, APIs, integrations, and AI orchestration.
- Design and implement Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions, including RAG architectures, AI agents, workflow automation, and prompt engineering.
- Refine successful prototypes toward scalable, production-ready enterprise solutions.
- Demonstrate working solutions to stakeholders, gather feedback, and incorporate improvements.
- Work within enterprise AI governance, security, privacy, and compliance requirements.
- Identify emerging AI capabilities and assess their application to business problems.
