Requirements
- Have strong hands-on experience with Claude Cowork.
- Have experience with Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf, or GitHub Copilot.
- Bring experience with generative AI and agentic AI.
- Understand RAG architectures, AI agents, workflow automation, and prompt engineering.
- Have full-stack development experience.
- Have experience with Python and React or Next.js.
- Have experience building APIs and integrations.
- Have experience with LangGraph, CrewAI, LangChain, or PydanticAI.
- Have experience building in enterprise environments.
- Be comfortable explaining AI solutions directly to business stakeholders.
- Healthcare experience is a plus, including FHIR/HL7, claims workflows, clinical operations, revenue cycle management, HIPAA, or GxP.
Responsibilities
- Translate business problems into working AI solutions.
- Build and iterate rapidly using Claude Cowork as a primary delivery tool.
- Use Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf, GitHub Copilot, and other modern AI coding tools.
- Build across front-end, back-end, APIs, integrations, and AI orchestration.
- Develop generative and agentic AI solutions, including RAG, AI agents, workflow automation, and prompt engineering.
- Take prototypes through to production-ready solutions.
- Partner directly with stakeholders to discover and define problems.
- Demonstrate working solutions regularly and incorporate feedback.
- Navigate enterprise AI governance, security, and compliance.
