Responsibilities
- Own client relationships for accounts of varying sizes.
- Create research strategies that embed company data into clients’ workflows.
- Build strong relationships with clients and executive stakeholders to drive account-level growth.
- Work with Account Executives to pitch, price, and deliver proposals.
- Manage large, complex research projects and programs personally and through direct reports.
- Ensure best practices and processes are adopted to optimize efficiency.
- Advise prospects and clients on research and survey design.
- Coach and mentor direct and non-direct reports, providing inputs into performance management.
- Delegate tasks effectively and empower team members to execute with accountability.
