Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, project coordination, executive assistance, or administrative support.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
- Reliable internet connection and home office setup.
- Experience with project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, or Trello) preferred.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace preferred.
- Experience with social media scheduling platforms preferred.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and online advertising preferred.
- Experience supporting webinars, launches, or virtual events preferred.
Responsibilities
- Draft, edit, and schedule social media content.
- Organize content assets and maintain publishing schedules.
- Coordinate with designers and copywriters to ensure timely delivery.
- Support execution of paid and organic marketing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Track campaign progress and assist with setup and reporting.
- Maintain marketing project calendars and documentation.
- Prepare client presentations and reports.
- Take meeting notes and follow up on action items.
- Coordinate logistics for live webinars and virtual events.
