Requirements

  • Experience with social media scheduling platforms preferred.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing and online advertising preferred.
  • Experience supporting webinars, launches, or virtual events preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Draft, edit, and schedule social media content.
  • Organize content assets and maintain publishing schedules.
  • Coordinate with designers and copywriters to ensure timely delivery.
  • Support execution of paid and organic marketing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Track campaign progress and assist with setup and reporting.
  • Maintain marketing project calendars and documentation.
  • Prepare client presentations and reports.
  • Take meeting notes and follow up on action items.
  • Coordinate logistics for live webinars and virtual events.
