Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of successful experience in sales management or business development of B2B companies within the travel industry.
  • In-depth understanding of the region's travel market, including B2B corporate clients.
  • Proficiency with CRM and prospecting tools, specifically HubSpot and Apollo.
  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making and metrics.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of working time.
  • Proactive, ambitious, motivated, and action-oriented mindset.
  • Strong team-player with the ability to work across various cultural contexts.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales activities to hit growth targets and expand market presence.
  • Follow up with new and existing partners to provide system training.
  • Sign up new corporate clients and provide extended training on the platform.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with partners.
  • Manage commercial deals, including document flow and technical setup.
  • Manage accounts until the first purchase is completed.
  • Spend approximately 50% of working time on business trips, including client meetings and industry events.
  • Provide market and competitive environment analysis.
  • Deliver regular, comprehensive reporting through CRM and internal systems.
