- Experience researching businesses and finding decision-makers.
- Comfortable making daily outbound phone calls.
- Proficiency with Klaviyo.
- Proficiency with Google Sheets.
- Experience with CRM systems and email outreach tools.
- Comfortable using Slack.
- Proactive, organized, and naturally curious personality.
- Ability to represent a consumer brand professionally.
Responsibilities
- Identify and research independent cafés, smoothie bars, juice bars, and wellness beverage retailers across targeted U.S. markets.
- Gather and maintain accurate contact details and organized prospect lists.
- Conduct outbound phone and email outreach to introduce the brand and wholesale program.
- Build genuine relationships with café owners, managers, and buyers.
- Schedule product discussions and follow up consistently with interested prospects.
- Set up and manage follow-up sequences and nurture flows in Klaviyo.
- Track engagement and optimize outreach activity.
- Answer questions from prospective accounts and assist with onboarding new wholesale partners.
