Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in pre-sales, solutions, or consulting activities.
- Expertise in at least one of the following: SAP, Salesforce, or ServiceNow.
- Understanding of AIDLC (AI Development Life Cycle).
- Proven track record in business plan creation and execution.
- Deep knowledge of current market trends and technical solution architectures.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both senior management and engineers.
- Demonstrated skill in domain thought leadership and delivery-focused business development.
- Highly organized with a focus on business outcomes.
- Strong presentation and written communication skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to take initiative and drive execution.
Responsibilities
- Manage the development of DA/SMP opportunities at multiple accounts and transition to a coaching role as deals progress.
- Articulate the Atos value proposition and facilitate innovation workshops for new and existing clients.
- Present the DA/SMP technology roadmap to clients.
- Define project requirements, scope, and success plans, including objectives, milestones, and risk management.
- Build and leverage relationships with Business Decision Makers (BDMs) and IT Decision Makers (ITDMs).
- Act as the 'Voice of the Customer' to internal teams, documenting success stories and best practices.
- Collaborate with CTO, Marketing, Delivery, and Engineering teams to drive service innovation.
