Requirements
- 5+ years hands-on Salesforce experience: Apex, LWC, Flow, Metadata API, SOQL.
- Deep expertise in Salesforce DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Git source control.
- Working knowledge of Agentforce and AI agents in DevOps.
- Proven track record of building a personal brand on LinkedIn.
- Excellent presentation skills for demos, livestreams, and webinars.
- Strong written communication skills for blogging and documentation.
- Experience with DevOps tools such as Flosum, Gearset, Copado, or Salto.
- Salesforce certifications strongly preferred (Platform Developer I/II, Application Architect).
Responsibilities
- Create daily LinkedIn content including posts, carousels, and short-form video.
- Produce YouTube videos, livestreams, and podcasts showcasing DevOps challenges.
- Speak at Dreamforce, TrailblazerDX, and other community events.
- Build technical demos and reference architectures for CI/CD and data management.
- Engage authentically with the Trailblazer Community.
- Partner with product teams to translate roadmap into technical narratives and blogs.
- Mentor customers on source-driven development and DevOps KPIs.
- Act as an internal advocate for developer feedback.
