Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in MIS, CIS, computer science, business, or a related discipline.
- 9+ years of experience working in professional services, consulting, or enterprise technology environments.
- Demonstrated experience leading SAP S/4HANA implementations and transformation programs.
- Strong knowledge of SAP solution design, architecture principles, and enterprise application strategies.
- Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA Finance and Operations solutioning activities.
- Ability to advise executives and business leaders on SAP strategy, capabilities, and implementation approaches.
- Experience developing SAP demos, presentations, proposals, and client-facing materials.
- Strong understanding of SAP licensing models and collaboration with technology partners.
- Proven experience managing and developing teams, including mentoring, coaching, performance management, and workload coordination.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with Visio or similar tools is a plus.
- SAP professional certification is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of SAP S/4HANA Public and Private Cloud solutions, providing architectural guidance and functional expertise.
- Develop SAP solution strategies and architectures that address complex business requirements across finance and operations.
- Support client pursuits by designing solution approaches, creating proposals, and identifying opportunities to leverage SAP capabilities.
- Advise senior client stakeholders on SAP S/4HANA functionality, benefits, implementation considerations, and transformation strategies.
- Lead client workshops, discovery sessions, information gathering activities, and executive presentations.
- Manage and mentor consulting teams, including coaching, performance feedback, professional development, and engagement oversight.
