Requirements
- University Degree with minimum 12 years relevant experience, or Advanced Degree with minimum 10 years experience
- Previous Pursuit, Order, Capture and Account Management experience
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued Top Secret security clearance
- U.S. citizenship is required
- Ability to travel 25-50%
- Active Top Secret Security or TS/SCI Clearance preferred
- Aerospace & Defense industry experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned Defense OEM key accounts, fostering strong, enduring customer relationships with Customers’ working teams and Senior Management
- Develop, own, and execute customer-specific business development strategies aligned with Collins Aerospace growth goals
- Identify, shape, and pursue new business opportunities across Collins Aerospace’s full portfolio of products and capabilities
- Lead and coordinate negotiations—including contracts, pricing, and terms in close collaboration with Sales, Business Units, and cross-functional partners
- Lead Collins Aerospace enterprise level meetings (cross SBU) preparation
- Champion the voice of the customer internally, ensuring customer insights, requirements, and strategic direction are clearly communicated across the organization
- Partner closely with business unit stakeholders to align customer requirements with product roadmaps and solution offerings
- Lead RLPM pursuit to start up activities in support of strategic platform level OEM pursuits
