Requirements

  • University Degree with minimum 12 years relevant experience, or Advanced Degree with minimum 10 years experience
  • Previous Pursuit, Order, Capture and Account Management experience
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued Top Secret security clearance
  • U.S. citizenship is required
  • Ability to travel 25-50%
  • Active Top Secret Security or TS/SCI Clearance preferred
  • Aerospace & Defense industry experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned Defense OEM key accounts, fostering strong, enduring customer relationships with Customers’ working teams and Senior Management
  • Develop, own, and execute customer-specific business development strategies aligned with Collins Aerospace growth goals
  • Identify, shape, and pursue new business opportunities across Collins Aerospace’s full portfolio of products and capabilities
  • Lead and coordinate negotiations—including contracts, pricing, and terms in close collaboration with Sales, Business Units, and cross-functional partners
  • Lead Collins Aerospace enterprise level meetings (cross SBU) preparation
  • Champion the voice of the customer internally, ensuring customer insights, requirements, and strategic direction are clearly communicated across the organization
  • Partner closely with business unit stakeholders to align customer requirements with product roadmaps and solution offerings
  • Lead RLPM pursuit to start up activities in support of strategic platform level OEM pursuits
