Requirements
- 0-2 years of experience in HR, People Operations, recruiting coordination, operations, customer support, administration, community-building, employee engagement or a related field.
- Strong interest in building a career in Human Resources or People Operations or Employee Experience.
- Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail.
- A relationship-first mindset with a genuine interest in supporting employees and building community.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across teams and time zones.
- Comfort working in a remote environment and helping create connection across distributed teams.
- Enthusiasm for learning new technologies, including AI tools and automation.
- Experience with HR systems is a plus; familiarity with HiBob, Lattice, or similar platforms is preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
Responsibilities
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes and employee lifecycle activities.
- Maintain employee records and HR systems, including data accuracy and reporting.
- Assist with employee engagement programs, surveys, and feedback initiatives.
- Help create moments of connection for employees across a global, remote workforce.
- Create and update internal documentation, guides, and knowledge resources.
- Collaborate with the global People team to support daily operations and employee requests.
- Build strong working relationships with employees, managers, and cross-functional partners.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and employee experiences.
- Learn, build, test, and maintain AI-powered workflows and support solutions.
- Support compliance with company policies and employment practices.
