  • Associate’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (Bachelor’s preferred).
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms like Klaviyo (plus).
  • Familiarity with project management tools like ClickUp or Monday.com (plus).

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns across email, promotional, digital, and web initiatives.
  • Help build the monthly promotional calendar including scheduling and copy coordination.
  • Draft campaign briefs, creative requests, and messaging frameworks.
  • Monitor marketing program effectiveness and determine necessary adjustments.
  • Analyze campaign performance data such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion metrics.
  • Identify trends and surface recommendations to inform future strategy.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to benchmark performance and identify opportunities.
  • Support day-to-day operations including project tracking, asset management, and vendor coordination.
