Requirements

- Associate’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (Bachelor’s preferred).
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms like Klaviyo (plus).
- Familiarity with project management tools like ClickUp or Monday.com (plus).
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across email, promotional, digital, and web initiatives.
- Help build the monthly promotional calendar including scheduling and copy coordination.
- Draft campaign briefs, creative requests, and messaging frameworks.
- Monitor marketing program effectiveness and determine necessary adjustments.
- Analyze campaign performance data such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion metrics.
- Identify trends and surface recommendations to inform future strategy.
- Conduct competitor analysis to benchmark performance and identify opportunities.
- Support day-to-day operations including project tracking, asset management, and vendor coordination.
