Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of hands-on experience executing email marketing programs in HubSpot (Marketing Hub).
  • Strong understanding of email attribution, funnel impact, and performance metrics.
  • Proven ability to build segmented audiences and automated workflows.
  • High attention to detail and a rigorous quality assurance (QA) mindset.
  • Self-starter, proactive, and comfortable operating independently across multiple business units.
  • Strong collaboration skills to work with PMMs, Sales, and Digital Marketing stakeholders.
  • Experience with multi-language emails or EMEA localization is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Build, QA, and execute HubSpot emails for newsletters, product launches, promotions, and events.
  • Manage end-to-end execution including templates, assets, personalization tokens, and workflows.
  • Build and maintain advanced smart lists using persona, industry, and engagement behavior data.
  • Design and optimize complex HubSpot workflows for nurture, onboarding, and event campaigns.
  • Measure and analyze email performance metrics including CTR, CTOR, and conversion rates.
  • Maintain a structured A/B testing roadmap and apply AI-driven experimentation strategies.
  • Ensure all email activity complies with GDPR, CCPA, and CASL regulations.
