Requirements
- Specific, named contacts within Meta in account management, compliance, or partner-facing roles.
- Proven experience working with or alongside Meta in account management, compliance navigation, or platform relationships.
- Experience working with advertisers in sensitive verticals such as nutraceuticals, casino, finance, and sweepstakes.
- Proven track record of converting professional relationships into tangible business outcomes.
- Strong in-person networking skills and ability to build lasting professional connections.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Prior remote work experience with fluency in remote collaboration tools.
- Self-directed work style with ability to deliver results within 60 to 90 days.
- Willingness to travel for in-person networking and industry events.
Responsibilities
- Leverage existing Meta relationships to source ad accounts, unblock flagged accounts, and resolve policy issues.
- Actively network with Meta employees in person at conferences, industry events, and platform meetups.
- Advocate for the business and its advertiser clients to secure faster approvals, higher spending limits, and beta access.
- Work directly with advertisers in sensitive verticals to address compliance challenges with platform contacts.
- Maintain ongoing platform relationships beyond transactional outreach.
- Deliver quick wins in ad account availability or issue resolution within 30 to 60 days.
- Track and report on relationship health, platform access outcomes, and revenue impact.
- Travel to relevant industry events globally as needed.
