Job Details

6+ years of professional software development experience in gaming or large-scale live-service applications.
Deep expertise in backend engineering with Python and Django.
Strong hands-on experience with Unity (C#) development in production environments.
Proven track record of designing scalable systems and managing live-service operations.
Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS) and modern DevOps practices (CI/CD, containerization).
Experience working with data-driven content pipelines, performance optimization, and serialization workflows (e.g., FlatBuffers/JSON).
Experience building and supporting player-facing features (progression, social, live events, monetization).
Proven ability to lead technical planning and execution in complex, cross-functional environments.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Strong communication and leadership skills.

Drive the technical roadmap for fullstack gaming initiatives, ensuring scalable, high-performance architecture.
Take primary responsibility for live-ops, including incident management, reliability improvements, and service maintenance.
Lead the design and delivery of features by bridging backend (Python/Django) systems with Unity game client requirements.
Act as a technical multiplier by unblocking cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA, Analytics), facilitating design discussions, and providing mentorship.
Contribute to hands-on feature development, ensuring code quality and maintainability across both client and server codebases.
Identify and mitigate technical debt and operational bottlenecks to improve overall team velocity.
