Requirements
- 3+ years in business operations, consulting, finance operations, or similar generalist role.
- Demonstrated ability to work full-time US Eastern Time hours (approx. 9 PM – 6 AM Manila time).
- Hands-on experience with modern business systems (e.g., Ramp, Bill.com, Rippling).
- Proven AI fluency with the ability to demonstrate actual work product using Claude.
- Excellent written English and asynchronous communication skills.
- Strong organizational judgment with the ability to work independently.
- Preferred: Experience in US-based healthcare or multi-site organizations.
- Preferred: Experience in startup or high-growth environments.
- Preferred: Experience with market expansion or M&A integration.
Responsibilities
- Own a rotating portfolio of cross-functional operational projects end-to-end, including scoping, execution, and documentation.
- Manage vendor and contractor relationships, including sourcing, onboarding, and invoice tracking.
- Support financial operations such as AP workflows, expense compliance, and month-end coordination.
- Coordinate operational support for multi-state clinics, including supplies, facilities, and licensing.
- Support new-market launches and M&A system migrations.
- Administer operational systems like Rippling and Ramp while maintaining clean data and dashboards.
- Build and maintain a library of AI-powered automations and SOPs using Claude.
