Requirements
- U.S. Citizenship.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Machine Learning, or related field.
- Minimum 6 years of professional experience developing, deploying, and maintaining AI/ML applications.
- Expert proficiency with Python or R.
- Experience building production AI applications.
- Experience deploying machine learning solutions into cloud environments.
- Strong knowledge of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing, and Generative AI.
- Experience with frameworks such as Scikit-learn, spaCy, and XGBoost.
- Experience developing interactive applications using Streamlit, Dash, Flask, or R Shiny.
- Experience creating dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, Plotly, Matplotlib, or Seaborn.
- Experience with containerization (Docker) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong statistical modeling and analytical skills.
Responsibilities
- Research, design, and develop innovative AI and Machine Learning solutions supporting DCCA initiatives.
- Build Generative AI solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.
- Develop NLP solutions including text classification, NER, information extraction, summarization, and semantic search.
- Build production-ready AI applications using Python, Streamlit, Dash, Flask, or R Shiny.
- Deploy AI and ML applications into cloud environments, containerizing with Docker and building CI/CD pipelines.
- Create interactive data visualizations and dashboards using tools like Plotly, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, economists, and analysts to translate requirements into scalable AI solutions.
- Maintain AI compliance with federal security standards, including FISMA, privacy assessments, and responsible AI principles.
