Requirements
- 4+ years of experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to independently pull, structure, and interpret data.
- Proven track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering tangible impact.
- Proficiency in SQL (Clickhouse) and Python.
- Clear, persuasive communication skills to influence leadership-level decisions.
- First principles thinking approach to problem solving.
- Experience with Metabase, Jupyter Hub, and GitHub.
- Ownership mindset with the ability to drive projects end-to-end.
Responsibilities
- Define business problems and key questions before performing any analysis.
- Define metrics, build reports, run analyses, and design experiments.
- Surface data insights that move key business metrics.
- Bring recommendations to cross-functional partners in product, growth, finance, or operations.
- Influence decisions and drive team outcomes based on analytical findings.
