Requirements
- Degree in data science, computer science, mathematics, psychology, neuroscience, or statistics.
- PhD strongly preferred; MA/MS considered with sufficient experience.
- 5-10 years of professional experience in industry or academia.
- Exceptional proficiency in R for advanced statistics and data analytics.
- Deep experience in Python and PySpark.
- Expertise in predictive modeling and machine learning.
- Strong understanding of CDISC standards (SDTM and ADaM) and clinical trial submission processes.
- Experience with cognition or neuropsychological testing.
- Proven ability to manage multiple data analytic projects independently.
- Strong presentation and communication skills for stakeholder interaction.
Responsibilities
- Translate sponsor needs into data analysis plans and program outputs.
- Draft business requirement documents and technical specifications.
- Produce data transfers and clinical trial documentation compliant with CDISC standards.
- Build, develop, and deploy data analytics, machine learning models, reporting systems, and dashboards.
- Draft and implement Statistical Analysis Plans (SAP).
- Perform data transformation, cleaning, curation, and reprocessing for sponsor deliverables.
- Write clinical study reports and analyze cognitive outcome measures.
- Provide requirements for the development and commercialization of new technology.
