Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience preferred
- 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment such as SaaS, edtech, finance, or consulting
- Exceptional past performance against sales quotas and targets
- Proven experience working with senior leaders and presenting to boards
- Proficiency with HubSpot, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, RingCentral, Canva, Microsoft 365, and Adobe
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to operate independently and proactively in a remote environment
- Ability to adapt quickly to shifting markets and client needs
- Travel requirement up to 40%
Responsibilities
- Own a defined multi-state territory, focused on charter schools and select nonprofits in expansion markets
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas
- Prospect, qualify, and close new business across a 60–90 day sales cycle
- Respond to RFPs, design solutions/scopes of work, create proposals, lead demos, and present to boards for final approval
- Drive strategic and insights-driven conversations with school leaders, boards, and decision-makers
- Navigate complex organizational and buying dynamics across a multi-stakeholder sales process
- Collaborate with internal subject matter experts throughout the deal process
- Maintain accurate records of all outreach and opportunities in CRM (HubSpot)
- Travel up to 40% for in-person meetings, conferences, or board presentations
